At Your Era, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email at contactyourerashop@gmail.com to begin the return process. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

    •    The item must be unused and in its original condition

    •    All original tags and packaging must be included

    •    A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Please note that swimwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Delivery Issues & Chargebacks

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Your Era is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

By completing a purchase on our website, customers agree to these policies. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that violate these policies may be contested with the payment provider using order confirmation, tracking information, and delivery verification.
