At Your Era, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Please review our policies below regarding shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders throughout the United States. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the name of the shipping carrier so you can track your package.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for the package during transit. Your Era is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft that may occur while the package is being handled by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you if any issues arise.

If your package arrives damaged or in poor condition, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Shipping carriers typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the package may be returned to us.
